NCIS : My idea to make a Bull/NCIS crossover work.

Make Dinozzo have a longlost twin brother or half brother. Dinozzo Sr. could have slept with Bull's Mom.

I can make it easier ! just make him a cousin !

I have an even better idea, DON'T. If you want DiNozzo back for an episode, just have him fly in to be Tim's best man at his wedding.
