I watched him on scream and he looks so much older. Looks like my 41 year old cousin tbh. Very middle aged looking no offense (because he is good looking)

I'm watching him in this Xmas movie on Hallmark 2016 and he's all grey.

I noticed that, too, but it looks like faux grey hair IMO. Kind of like Robin Dunne's grey hair in this year's "The Sound of Christmas."
