I agree, she looks a lot different. I remember thinking how beautiful she was on Supernatural and although still beautiful, she looks like she's made of plastic now. There's nothing distinctive about her face, it's just smooth, bland and expressionless. I always thought Jennie Garth was the most uninteresting-looking pretty actress, but Ms Cassidy has won that title.

I think she just gained a bit of weight which went straight to her face.
And she has thinner eyebrows that are unflattering in my opinion.

I like Katie Cassidy - but her imdb profile pic just cracks me up. What is she thinking in that photo?? "MMmmmm, I just love chewing costume jewellery in a super-serious way, this is the sexiest photo ever, I am totally rocking this ring-chew". Also, her eyes have been FRRREAKING me out in Arrow lately. WTF is it? Is it her eyebrows? Is it her squint? I can't handle it. Is her character meant to make your balls shrivel North-ward like that?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't think it's weight, shes is still very fit looking. It's just her face, to me it kinda looks like botox gone wrong. There are literally no expressions left. Kinda sad considering how cute she was on Supernatural

I just watched 1st episode of 2nd season of Arrow, and her face looks so different from first season. It might just be weight loss though.

It is weight loss. I thought she was already pretty last season, but if you go to the Arrow boards you will see how many people were making fun of her. People kept saying she had a double chin. I thought she looked fine and shouldn't have lost weight.

She didn't have any weight to lose though. Her figure looks the same but her face is almost half the width it was last year. I can't imagine how that's possible chin implant?

She didn't have any that she should have lost, but she did. Her figure is smaller. Her stomach and waist are a lot smaller than last season. She is too thin now.

I was just wondering this same thing. Something is definitely up with her face. I can't imagine a 25 year old needing botox. I think she had something done to her chin though. Her face looks way longer than it used to. It could also be from extreme weight loss. My friend and I were just commenting on how strange her face has looked this season. Hmmm.

I thought I noticed a scar on her chin. I just watched the first season this past week (thank you, Netflix!) and immediately watched the first 2 episodes from this season on the CW.com, and the first scene she was in I thought "something is different". I wonder if she had some plastic surgery on her chin? And yes, since everyone is noticing herotherparts, I thought maybe she had an augmentation or something. Also, WAY TOO MUCH TWEEZING! Let the eyebrows grow, sweetie!

I noticed a big difference as well from Season 1 of Arrow to Season 2 (which I've just now seen just a couple episodes). I think she is absolutely gorgeous, but I think in Season 2 it appears like they have loaded her up with a ton of make-up where she was more natural in the first season. Just my two cents. Hopefully they will wise up and not plaster so much make-up on her in future episodes, as she is perfectly fine without it!

She looks like she had Botox, a boob job, liposuction on her chin and changed her hair colour while tweezing her eyebrows pornstar thin.

She looks noticeably different from Season 1 to Season 2. In the Season 2 opener I thought she just lost weight at first, but after the second episode it looked more like she got a chin implant. Very sad, she was quite beautiful as she was before. They also have her in too much makeup. Her makeup was understated and beautiful in season 1 and now they have glam'd her out, in a bad way.

Her face looks longer and thinner, like somebody filed her chin to make it sharper looks like the joker in the modern batman comics. Very distracting and unfortunate that a major character on Arrow has damaged what used to be a very beautiful face. These people seem to lack in brains what they have (had) in beauty. She is so distracting to me that I have a feeling she'll be replaced or fired off of Arrow if others feel the same way.
However, I am hoping that its just anorexia, although the way her upper face just doesn't move, I have a feeling that its not.

It looks like she got a chin job - or she lost a ton of weight or something. Her chin just juts out now were as before she was very beautiful. The farther the season goes on, it looks like she's going for the Wicked Witch of the West look. Either that, or she really is playing to the role of a drug addict.

It seems she gets uglier by the minute. She was hotish in Season 1 of Arrow, but now sorry, what she's doing to herself is absolutely going in the wrong direction.

Watched S02E17 last night and felt that in some shots she had an ability to smile and show some prominence to her cheekbones. On those occasions she did look nearly the way she did at the beginning of the show. The shooting must have been done some time apart as in other shots she looked plaster cast smooth.
I do feel that at the beginning she was an attractive young lady albeit with very slim legs. I do hope that she is not over dieting due to any emotional stress, usually caused by casual remarks. Lady needs to get some flesh on her body for her own sake of course. The smooth as alabaster caked face is surely not how we want to see youngish ladies.
