Bob Ross : Voice!

So this may seem kinda weird. Even thought other people have said this, I like to fall asleep to his voice. I found a lot of his shows on youtube. And they are very nice to fall asleep to. It's really sad that he's dead though. R.I.P. Bob Ross

I agree completely his voice plus the sound of the brush against the canvas, mellows me out so much and puts me to sleep

That man was the human equivalent of a valium. Listen to him for an hour and you will zone out so completly its amazing. He should have been the voice used for bio-feedback

OMG! I thought I was the only one who was mesmarized by Bob's voice. He is so soothing! I love his to watch him paint, but if I need to relax I listen to his voice.

Man, you could get high to his voice.

He had such a soothing voice and gentle manner, I have trouble sleeping and often Bob did the trick for me, If I was having a particularly bad time getting to sleep A Mr.Rogers and Bob Ross, Combo never fails to take you off to dreamland. But seriously.I loved his show and marvelled at how a few swipes of the brush could turn into a meadow or Mountain(with happy little trees) He was a treasure, We need more like him in this world.

Sometimes when I'm listening to him, I'll doze off for what seems like a couple of seconds, then wake up and think, "Whoa! Where'd all those trees come from?"

I can't believe he's dead, and that he died fairly young. It's not fair!

You'll be sorry I sent those nice young men in their clean white coats!

his calm voice was his trademark.The funny thing is he said that when he served in the airforce he used to yell at people all the time!!!i just cant picture that!!!He said that he promised himself when he would move on to some other job he would never yell again.

A really great human being who brought pleasure to so many by teaching a style of painting and being able to teach it with that golden voice !
