Well I guess I'm really lucky, but my boyfriend looks really really similar to Oliver, people always comment on it and my boyfriend's parents are white, japanese, mexican, and hawaiian. I dont know, but that could be it

i know a guy at my school that looks almost exactly like him and he's mexican.

he seems like he could be 1/2 filipino or mexican

actually, filipinos can be found all over the world, U.K., being a popular place for filipinos to be, besides U.S., Japan, the Middle East, Australia, and Italy. Filipinos are basically everywhere. I thought he was half Filipino, but maybe/maybe not.

i read a website that said hes half phillopino [sp?] and half british. beut he grew up in england and in his early twenties or late teens he moved to california and got into acting. sounds true so i believe it. =]

ye alot of my frends r filipino, mostly becuz i live in cali, and one of them is half brit, and filipino he moved here when he was like 13 and he still has the accent

In Hawaii we call half-filipino half-caucasian kids "halepino" (like Jalepeno) derived from "Haole" [which technically means 'foreigner' but is used as an insulting name for a caucasion person] and "Pinoy" which as most filipinos know, is another way of saying filipino.

From my experience, "halepino" kids end up looking much like Oliver James would. Cassie Steele (Manny on Degrassi) is "halepino". Which is why I am determined to marry a white guy!

I've heard that many websites say that he is white/asian, but by looking at actress Catherine Bell, you open up the possibility of him being white/middle-eastern

Actually I think you're all wrong. I don't think he is filipino his nose is too strong. He looks Israeli or half. Somewhere around that area. I think he is white/middle eastern

He could be half Filipino and have an accent, I know lots of people who are Asian and have different accents. I'm half Filipino, and my mom claims to have seen him on the Filipino channel.

I would say half fillipino, british and a little irish. that's just me. I'm fillipino and he has that hair and eyes of a half fillipino person and most half fillipino person have the butt chin like chin in half kinda thing like vanessa anne hudgens and that girl from the pussycat dolls
