Colbert didn't do any such thing to Miller. All Colbert did was say "WTF are you talking about?" Meaning, I suppose, that Miller's assertion that the Presidents executive powers are not subject to US Supr Ct permission.

Miller has been on enough shows. He doesn't need to subject himself to Colbert's LEFTIST tactics on a talk show in order to validate them. Colbert will try any/every insinuation/innuendo to trip Miller up. In other words, Colbert will not behave forthright and out in the open but will play gotcha games. Besides, why didn't Colbert address the ideas, not the verbiage Miller used, or the body language Miller used, or any other peccadillo about Miller? Why? Because Colbert cannot refute what Miller said. Period.

Miller has never presented a shred of evidence. Why? Because he has none, none whatsoever.
