I meant to tell him that there's no need to hack it off with a meat cleaver. He need only take a pair of scissors and remove a part of the scrotum about the size of a quarter (or maybe a dime in his case), then squeeze out the left testicle like a peanut from its shell, thus healing the self-inflicted wound more quickly and reducing the risk of losing the right testicle by accident.

I've got close to 30,000 emails, but I just delete them a few at a time. I don't see any need for a massive Hillary-type purge.
