Realistically we want

1. A good guy with a bad side or a bad boy with a good heart.
-basically someone with a balance. We want the goodness but we don't want him to be a complete pussy either, especially if it ever came to defending us

2. Be as attractive as YOU can be
-we're not stupid, we know not every guy is good looking but that doesn't mean you should give up just because you don't look like Brad Pitt. Stop making excuses and make the most of what you do have.
Lose weight if you're fat, work on your personality if you're dull, work on your issues if you have any, dress well, get some muscle, be confident, smile more, fix your hygiene, be your own Hitch and learn how to woo a woman with confidence.

3. Have money, it helps
-money to women is like a woman's body to men. Men will realistically always have more interest in slender women than fat women, women will realistically always be more interested in a guy who can pay the bills and buy her stuff than a stingy guy.

4. Be a gentleman when with her, use chivalry when needed.

-we have a lot of dramas and issues going on in our lives, yes we have our girlfriends to bitch to but we've always dreamed of the day we can do the same to our boyfriends, tell him all our problems and have him sit there and hear our dilemmas and offer his perspective.

-a lot of things in life people can usually endure. Variety is the spice of life after all, not every man is attracted to the same woman. Likewise for women. The typical like the extroverted alpha male but some women prefer the submissive beta males, some like the geeky males, some like the quiet innocent males. Don't change who you are completely, just improve in the areas that you know can be a turn-off to women.
