I am really at a loss to understand what was it in what I wrote that you might have found difficult to understand. In any case, let me rephrase it in a way that shouldn't leave any questions: this is a hoax. The girl made up the whole story. What her motivation was for doing that, I can only guess. It certainly wouldn't be the first time that someone makes up a story about being attacked by a stranger in the street for one reason or another.

The idea that anyone in Brazil would talk about "cultural appropriation" is preposterous. The idea that black Brazilian women would feel some sort of ownership of turbans is even more so. This girl is lying. She probably got the idea from reading about some such incident in the US and decided to create her own version of it, knowing full well that nobody would ever be able to prove that it didn't happen. Maybe she wanted sympathy (being a cancer patient), maybe she wanted to see how far and how fast the tale would spread, I don't know. But it did not happen. That much I know.

She didn't like it? Who gives a rat's ass. No one asked for her opinion and no one cares. She should have said I couldn't care less if you like it or not, no one asked you and then just gone on her way and not looked back.

You've got to love it when total strangers feel they need to approach other strangers and just blurt out their meaningless opinions.
