You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent?

Before the boards shut down, before all of this is gone, you have one task.

Based on the information given to you by various media outlets you must come to a conclusion which will either set this man free or put him behind bars.

Do you find him innocent or guilty?

Over to you.

I'd vote guilty.

But does that entail punishment under the law? I dunno.

There should never be a statute of limitations on rape and sexual assault.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

Innocent until proven guilty. What does it matter? He's already guilty in the court of "public opinion" and if he's found guilty he might spend a few years in prison (if that) before he dies.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

We're evenly spit just now.

Do you mean he's innocent to you or that he's guilty?

A man's liberty may be at risk here, likewise a rapist might get set free.

It's all down to your vote at this point

'
guilty

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent?

Given what we know from the media and accusations from 100 years ago I'd vote innocent. I'm of the 'you slow you blow' mindset.

innocent, 70s women were drug tripping sluts, now they want to blame cosby for their loose lifestyle

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

Rich Evans, personally, loved this film! (The Nerd Crew is HILARIOUS!!!)

Well, if I have to condemn Bill Cosby in the court of public opinion then I have to. Used to admire the guy, even met him a few times, but I'm not really sure why he needed to do that. Couldn't he have just walked up to about 90% of women in the world and said "Want to make a kodak moment and take a lick on my puddin' pop?"

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

If he did rape as alleged then it would come from a feeling of power and control and not just getting his rocks off.

That would be the reason he'd use drugs and not his fame (If it is true).

As for Rich, he's another fake Plinkett and gets killed just as often as my characters here do too

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

He's guilty of the charge of being possibly the least funny 'comedian' to have ever lived, along with Bob Hope.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

I'm sure of the stories are fake but he's obviously guilty.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

Guilty. I can't vouch for every single accusation, but his own statements in court corroborate his alleged modus operandi, and several of the victims made allegations before the flood of accusations in 2014.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

It certainly does sound incriminating, that statement he made

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

He is guilty, but he doesn't think what he did was wrong.

That's where the problem lies.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

Guilty. When pressed, he admitted under oath to obtaining prescriptions for the exact sort of drugs his numerous accusers say they were given.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

Come on, of course Pill Cosby is guilty. Hundreds of women came forward.

I find your lack of foreskin disturbing

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

So far we've got overwhelmingly guilty.

Anyone else care to chime in?

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

Guilty.

If he admitted to the crime(s) under oath during that civil deposition in 2005, then yeah, I think it's safe to say that he probably did something to, at least, one woman.

As for what kind of sentence he should receive: If I were the Judge assigned to his case, instead of giving him the full 30-year imprisonment sentence, I'd slap him with 30 years of probation, make him wear an ankle bracelet, register as a Sex Offender, and have him pay the maximum fine since he's able to afford it.

I mean, the guy's gonna be, what, 80 years old pretty soon? He would just die in prison anyhow. Save the taxpayers money, and have him live out the rest of his days under house arrest.

Maybe throw in several hundreds of hours of community service so he just isn't sitting around watching Pokémon and eating Jell-O Pudding Pops.

Re: You are a juror in the court of public opinion: Bill Cosby, innocent

He's guilty.
