Are you in California, too? It's cold and there is a huge lake of water in our parking lot.

Yup, it's pouring outside. If it floods at least I've got a good garage door bottom seal. I found that out about a month ago during the last heavy pour.

I'm feeling smart.

Less than a year ago we did a major landscape redesign and a top priority was drainage. In the last heavy rain it worked like a champ.

Our home is significantly higher than our street, and in the last big rain the street drained well too. It pays not to be wealthy enough to like in the hills with the fires and landslides.
