What kinds of women? There was a coworker from my Ericsson days who was an absolutely classless a double s hole, yet would get more p word than a toilet seat. What's your secret I asked? He replied go after the damage cases, this place is crawling with them. All you need to do is act cocky and treat them like dirt. Not exactly behavior I considered acquiring, but he did have a point none the less.

As far as I know he doesn't play any instruments, unless it's doing something with a microphone in the privacy of a bus station urinal. The first time I heard Michael Bolton I kept an eye on the news for a story about someone setting a mule on fire. That raspy braying would only be considered "music" by someone who was raised in a sawmill.

They also both had that long not-mullet but very mullet looking hair in those days too.
Michael Bolton actually made somewhat of a "comeback" with Pirates of the Caribbean 4, and I think will have some songs in the new movie. I'll probably watch it because I'm "committed" to the franchise at this point, but the first really was the best and the only one that worked all the way through.

Part of the problem though, is that Hollywood thinks that they have to "top" the previous film with more explosives, more quips, and more extreme than the fist. And that's not really the case. You can even tone it back if you want to. You already have your characters established, at that point you need a more compelling story. And that's often what is missed in the sequels of films.

I agree that the first was just perfect on so many levels (even the intro of Captain Jack Sparrow, where you think he's on the majestic ship, and he just happens to step onto the dock as the ship sinks right in front of it).

I'd replace one of the 'Be Rich's with try and date an attractive women (even if you have to pay her to date you) it's statistically proven to make you more attractive to other women. It often makes them wonder what it is about him that makes him so appealing to a babe.
Worked for my cousin too. Never been good looking but by some absolute miracle he managed to meet and marry an absolute stunner and now he says other women have flirted with him many times. He's not stinking rich - but he does pay for everything - and he's got a good heart and I think his babe of a wife suffers from ugly duckling syndrome, she said she used to be fat when she was younger so I think that's how he managed to pull her.
