Well, a block feature is generally standard on most boards.
That's not your fault, though. The site just doesn't have one you can implement and relies on moderation that you don't have the time for.
At least you can block images in your profile.

Like I said, you can disable images in your profile. It just turns them into a link, like here.

You need a block function. You can't expect everyone to get along. And no moderators means there will be spammers posting anything ranging from all-caps post to porn.

Unfortunately, I don't think the users would accept a seventy dollar a month membership.
So that will probably not be happening.
