To get clean, ALWAYS a shower. I do like a nice soak in the tub, but always shower off afterwards. Because of the bath salts I put in. Lavender! AH!!! Delightful!

Umm, definitely a shower.
Taking a bath is fine if you're a baby, or just want to relax. I wouldn't recommend it for cleaning yourself because the germs we're exposed to on a daily basis wouldn't necessarily wash off.
Even a Jacuzzi, for that matter, is riddled with foreign matter. Plus, you typically have more than one person in it. Eek.

I'd usually shower, but occasionally, I would take a shower to wash off the filth then take a bath to relax.

Bath once a month or after a hard work day to soak off the grime, but you have to rinse off the soap.
Bath salts. Oatmeal. Epsom salts.

Showers are quicker, but baths are more relaxing. In fact, from mid-August to mid-October last year I had to have a bath every day due to a finger injury (couldn't get my bandages wet). So time-consuming.
