I know some really awesome people will miss gathering here and I'll miss many, even some of the trolls (looking at you maxi_man) but some of the vile nonsense mentioned on IMDB should never be given a platform by society.

I know I could just leave, but the selfish part of me is loving that everyone has to go. But the threads just get dumber and dumber. It's beyond trolling.

I'm going to miss all these boards. This is where I come whenever I am bored or on the bus, killing time. Sucks that it has to end. I have been on these boards for well over a decade.

The boards were good when there was less hate. Too much hate made it into a shell of its former self.

Yes, I criticize a show I watch on a discussion board. Were you under the impression that was a praise only fan board? Even I were to hate the show I would not celebrate it's cancellation. That's analogous to what you're doing.
