He's my favourite House of the Dragon character so I'm only half kidding here but when he speaks it does momentarily make me laugh. He really does have a funny voice 😂

He reminds me of a wrestler like The Rock or Stone Cold where even if they've gone heel and are meant to be the villain you cheer for them anyway.
