You know, for once I actually agree with you. It may not have ads, but it shows the worst, most boring dramas. Occasionally shows good films, but mostly crap.

The worst thing is that whenever that stupid One Show comes on, with its horrible, horrible theme, I have this disgusting vision of you dressed only in benman's pants and gyrating to the theme like some demented chicken with your fat belly hanging out, thanks for nothing punk!

No, The One Show can be called a horrible image, but what you do whenever it comes on is beyond horrible, I don't even see how its even legal

It's probably not the worst, but I never understood the insipid choice for Star Trek: Enterprise (and it's just kind of an odd juxtaposition compared to the "orchestral" pieces used for all the prior shows and films).
Or yeah, maybe I just should have mentioned Friends. Beyond insipid, cloying, and horrible.
