No Time to Die : Rami Malek would have fallen through the ice

A little girl broke through and she had weakened it as she crossed. A grown man walking over that same ice would also have fallen through. End of movie.

He cheated death a lot in that movie. So unrealistic. Also, she was a girl when he got her but hadn't aged in his face at all after she grew to be an adult?

They gave him some gray hair and facial scarring from the dioxin and hoped he would look old enough. We don't know how old he was when he invaded the house though.

Looked the same to me.

I wonder how they do sfx for falling through ice?
Maybe it is CGI now but back then before they had it did actors actually fall through a thin layer of ice?
How would they get the thickness just right to time them falling in?
And if they really did fall through into freezing water, were there rescue crews on stand by to get them out and to prevent hypothermia?

I would use a wide shot to establish that they are on a pond and a medium shot filmed on a frozen pool to show the actual falling through.

You need cold temps to freeze a pool and wouldn't the pipes burst?

I really don't think that that is a BIG enough mistake that would ruin the whole entire Movie and I actually do think that it is a Great Movie. I also think that Rami Malek did a Pretty Darn Good Job playing the Main Villain in it.
