Cheers, mate! Gosh, it all seems so horribly final. A deathly pall has been cast over this beauteous refuge. I'm going to miss it. Watching films just isn't going to be the same without the Horror Board, CFB, Film General, and Movie Awards to turn to. So many extraordinary people are on here and I'm going to miss them with all my heart. I'm really struggling to come to terms with this emerging reality. I suppose it will eventually sink in.

Only to discover that the End of Days was upon us And yes, although it hasn't happened for a while now, I have had my account closed even more times than you, Lon Chaney fan. It seems ironic that the more uptight regulars on the CFB (aka The Prim, The Prissy & The Prurient) tried their damndest to have me banned (up yours Spike and Addie) from the Boards, and never ever succeeded.

If you will excuse me getting a little preachie young man, I want to tell you one more time that Love is the Secret of Life. Hate and Anger will poison your soul and rot you from the inside out, but Love and Hope and Forgiveness are the best of things. I understand your anger and frustration - and it saddens me that you have stood up for Donald Trump and cheered over Brexit, but that's not the way son. The poor are precious ("There but for the Grace of God go I") and the dispossessed and the downtrodden deserve some time in the sun too.

Remove the hate and anger from your heart, replace it with Love, and you will find the Secret of Life. To love and be loved is what we need. Here endeth my sermon.

May your days get better and better from here on in.

Inspiring speech as always Jefferson mate. Recently I saw that you rated Southside With You an 8/10 as did I, have you seen the other Obama biopic Barry (2016) which is about his earlier years?

PS: This was a very special weekend for me in our battle to get marijuana destigmatized and made legal for both medicinal and recreational use in my country. I won a small, but intense battle against what had seemed like an insurmountable foe. It was a powerful moral victory for my side. And I'm as proud as hell. I am also very grateful to a certain SA newspaper for using my pieces in their original, unedited form and giving me a forum - I am guessing there are a lot of secret smokers on the editorial staff, and how beautiful is that. I cannot believe the support I am getting from both smokers and non-smokers (who are rapidly being won over by edibles). Change is coming brother, and even though it is not legal yet, many health stores in SA are openly selling top grade Cannabis oil over the counter - just about a pinhead's worth on the tip of the tongue and one is in for a heavenly high. And the cops aren't getting involved. I Am thinking of getting into the seed business.
