Same here. It worried me the first time it happened. I thought they'd shut down the boards early. It stinks that it happens so often. We've only got a few days left, so it would be nice to be able to access the boards as much as we can.

Its happened to me a few times. But if I click reload a time or 2, the page shows up. Might have to do with heavy traffic from all the archiving and cloning going on.

I was getting it on Thursday, admit I also thought they had closed down early. So many different choices of board are on offer here (so what made IMDb in their wisdom believe there was no call for such places?) that I'm guessing some of us will end up all over the place.

I don't think they ever said there was no call for such places. More like they weren't going to be providing one anymore because they couldn't provide a positive experience.

Yes, some will end up scattered all over the place. But you can't tell me there aren't some people on IMDB that you won't miss in the slightest. LOL

I have no doubt that was a large part of the decision. For awhile now I've been thinking they needed to at least double the size of their admin team.
