The future is in the hands of a man who has none.(As in no future, as opposed to no hands.)

Can't believe I'm the first to say "I shot a man in Reno just to watch him dye".

He was a hair stylist who refused to color hair until we shot him.

Crime is for bad people. I would rather do good things.

Re: Ever committed a crime?

No. Never. I've got my soul straight.

And my soul isn't?
Wow. That hurts coming from you bro.

Re: Ever committed a crime?

Wow. I didn't mean to offend you. I mean, I wasn't judging you or anything. I was only speaking for myself.

Re: Ever committed a crime?

I have been guilty of the crime of speeding while driving. Not something I do on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I find I must speed sometimes to keep with the flow of traffic either that or get rear-ended. Got a ticket once while in college, but I was speeding for a very good reason which I won't get into. It's the only ticket I've ever received in my life. Oh, that and a ticket for an expired parking meter. I always try to obey rules (like here on FG) and the law.

ALL LIVES MATTER

Re: Ever committed a crime?

Used to swap price tags (before the barcode was invented) and did the "smaller pencil case in a bigger one" trick. Never got caught.

Re: Ever committed a crime?

That depends. If a person hypothetically committed an alleged crime and the hypothetical witnesses "disappeared" thus causing the charges to be dropped, were the crimes ever committed in the first place?

This is all fictional hypothesis for a novel I'm working on.

Re: Ever committed a crime?

Yes, who hasn't if you strictly stick to following every single law even the petty ones?

because speeding is breaking the law and who has not done that once in a while? ; like even going 1mph over the speed limit is technically breaking the law but damn near everyone (at least the majority?) seems to go 5mph or so above whatever the posted speed is. or even more petty stuff like "downloading" movies/music etc.

but if you exclude the BS and stick to more legitimate crimes then i have one, which is i have stole stuff from stores back in 1995-1997(that's either exact or very close time wise) when i was between 15-17 years (i am 37 years old now, ill be 38 later this year). my total value of everything i got during that time (over about a 2 year time span) was between $500-1000 (like more than $500 but less than $1000). but obviously i don't steal stuff from stores anymore as that stopped before i was 18 years old, thankfully. i came real close to getting busted once but only because i got greedy and risked taking too much stuff at once under my coat and one thing fell out as i was walking out the store and i had to calmly act like nothing was happening even though my heartrate was jacked. funny thing about that particular incident is i still got two out of the three items. that was my wake up call (thankfully i did not have to learn the hard way by the police). so while stealing stuff from stores is obviously bad it's kinda funny to think back to the good ol' days in a way ;)
