I genuinely can't figure it out.. she seems like such a sweet, talented person. I don't understand.

She is breathtakingly beautiful. She is amazingly talented as a singer and actress. That definitely rubs many people the wrong way. As for thinking she is hot stuff that is so freaking subjective.

I think that's what's the most hilarious about people calling her "fake" and not genuine. Jennifer Lawrence has one huge shtick and that's too "burb" and "trip" a million times on the red carpet to look so down to earth but its a shtick, a gimmick. Jennifer Lawrence from Winter's Bone Award Season was not the Jennifer Lawrence she was during the Silver Linings Award Season and this is a fact.

The reality is that every celeb has a shtick with them, they find out what works for them and try to build upon that persona until it doesn't work for them anymore. Anne Hathaway when she first came onto the scene was labeled as this generations Audrey Hepburn, she had the demure image and that was who everyone loved her as and now people say she's phoney.

If you ask me her and Lea Michelle act the exact same way, except Lea Michelle acts more of an entitled, spoiled broadway snob but she gets no hate?

It's honestly ridiculous because if you all think J. Law is just that damn clueless to her image, the joke is on you . She's got a smart PR team behind her, who knows that the majority of women are insecure when it comes to seeing any woman that seems to be successful and "perfect," only the flawed, goofy, almost humiliating down to earth women can be lovedand that's what J. Law is buying into.

On paper, Anne Hathaway should be this American sweetheart. She's the younger Gwyneth Paltrow. She talks like she went to college, but she never went to college. We have to hate her poise, because the poise seems to come from pretentiousness, not from genuine modesty. She's the much younger Meryl Streepor the slightly older Jennifer Lawrence.

Also that "accidental" flash in late 2012 when she was nominated for the best supporting actress, was really cheap and trashy, easy to see-through publicity stunt. She purposely flashed because she wanted publicity around trophy season and then went to act as a victim with her incredible phony statement.

Kate Winslet IMO is an amazing actress who makes it on her acting talent because she is far from being Hollywood pretty. You hating on Anne Hathaway and Kate Winslet says a lot more about you than it does about them.

Well without the proper context, I can't see any indications that her comment was necessarily about Heath Ledger's career before Brokeback Mountain. Maybe she was just saying that it was surprising that he did so well for this particular role, not necessarily implying that his career wasn't good before that. I don't know, without the full context it's hard to tell.
