It means the Sweet Life and I haven't seen it in a long long time but I believe the randomness is about the lives of very rich beautiful people.
I have always been a serious person and noticed the behaviors of others.
When I was a teen through my 20s if you're with a large group of attractive girls they will laugh and giggle for no reason. They will scream, jump up and down, talk in a super animated way about nothing much. The good looking guys will scream "yaaHH!!" for no reason and so on.
That can be a club, a party, or something like that. Nothing is actually happening but the attractive people will be losing their minds with excitement.
That's what this movie is about.
