My 600-lb Life : How do overweight people feel about obesity?

Just curious. Kinda like people that drink vs alcoholics. How do people that are just overweight view obesity? Like do you feel ok because youre worlds away from being that big.

IMO overweight and obese are one in the same.

Yea a lot of overweight people could easily be on the road to obesity and probably have a lot of the same sort of problems with food just to varying extents, otherwise they wouldn't be overweight.

Weird thing is that quitting alcohol is not a same because u have to stop drinking all together , but if comes to food , u still can have food , just different kind of food ( fried vs baked etc.)
