Clearly his wife did all the work while getting pregnant as well as after. I don't think he could have done too much during the conception part of the pregnancy.

People on Facebook were doubting that the twins were even his because of 1.) his weight and 2.) his smell and his dick probably being the size of a Vienna sausage and smelling like it too. How would she be able to endure that even for a short while?

Honestly sometimes this show drives me a little crazy. I don't know how ANY of this people manage to conceive children. I'm 5'1 and around 115 and have PCOS, so that has affected my fertility greatly. It's going to be hard for me to have a child one day if I decide too but yet these people who are over 600+ pounds with large amounts of health issues manage to somehow get pregnant/get someone else pregnant. Okay.
