But isn’t the whole concept of a password victim-blaming?

When platforms tell you, “Your password isn’t strong enough. Please include at least one special character and one number,” that’s the equivalent of “your skirt is too short. Please include a longer blouse to hide your mid-riff …”

Websites *force* users to have a password, and extra precautionary measures on top of that to prevent cybercrimes. This is akin to

I agree with leftists on this: woman should open up their iCloud and Snapchat history, and trust that others aren’t going to be dishonest and log on.
