I don't understand French either, but I read the following summary in a blog:

he thanks Thomas Langmann, Jean-Francois Richet, and Monica (lovely!). The Italian words were to his daughter Deva: "Please go to bed now, honey, I got the award!" And finally he dedicated his Csar to his father, Jean-Pierre Cassel.
