I don't necessarily want to do the compare/contrast thing, but this upsets me every bit as much as when young children are subject to violence. Maybe more. Except that news report doesn't explain anything about what triggered the situation, or who this person was. He could be an absolute prick for all we know, unless there is a more comprehensive news report. His loved ones may not even care.

Then there is the social conditioning of these teens and what creates the fury and rage in them to act in this violent manner.

The act in and of itself is atrocious and the clip at least recognized the parenting responsibilities regarding these kids. We also don't know what triggered them. Until the kids are found and charged, then we will perhaps know more.

These issues are more than just about appalling behavior, because there is always something at the root cause of it.

The group i used to be in as a teen were like this, i witnessed a few needless assaults, the leader of our group would ALWAYS start the trouble by " bumping in " to strangers on purpose and then starting a fight as soon as the victim said ANYTHING, and then as soon as the leader was fighting the rest of them jumped in. I never did tho, it wasnt me, they used to call me a pussy for sitting it out. If I could go back in time i would steer clear of them.
