Not the best argument, but it's a somewhat fair point. Without having one and not being able to get pregnant means you lack the empathy to truly understand the situation on at least the emotional level. I do think if cis men could get pregnant, abortion wouldn't be an issue.
That being said, the ultimate argument is body autonomy.

Do you think that infertile women should still have a say on the matter? There are a lot of women who can not get pregnant. Sucks for them but like a man they won't ever understand having to make the decision to get an abortion.

I'm sitting at this outdoor bar yesterday. I just finished walking my dog. It was an outdoor bar and I can bring her, so I did. It was a nice day until a bunch of protesters marched by. Instantly changed the mood. People started bickering almost immediately.
This one guy (a regular) who is a Trumper says,"You know, they didn't ban abortions, they just left it up to the states." He's not my favorite customer, not because of his opinions, but his personality. You don't want to sit next to him. He talks your ear off and goes politics every time.

It still makes a point regarding the female being the one that carries the child to full term.
The same can be said for the argument from women….."Stay out of my womb", when she allowed a man to impregnate her in the first place and enter it. However, the female still get to decide what is best for her body and life, which comes first. The reality is, that is indisputable, not matter what government thinks it can do.

It's not one of the fundamentally worst arguments. It's not a logical fallacy. It's not a bad argument. It's the fact of the matter. Since a man does not have a uterus and cannot get pregnant or give birth, he has no say because it's bodily autonomy.
