Ive been thinking Biden is better than Obama. Just on Russia alone he sort of topples him and Obama was pretty good but this thing Biden is doing is truly epic.

I think Obama is better than Clinton. So I agree there though Clinton was really good of course.

Im a huge fan of Carter.

Nixon is much higher and I got Trump better than Bush easily.
