Seeing Norton make a prominent splash in an Oscar race has just been wonderful. He likely won't win this year, but it'll earn him a lot of goodwill for when he FINALLY decides to get Motherless Brooklyn off the ground.
The Oscar will be his and the comeback will be complete.

Yeah I went and watched Whiplash last night to see how good J.K Simmons was andyeah he was absolutely incredible.

I agree. He has some still competition this year and the supporting role but next year I think he will hit a home run with motherless Brooklyn and that will be his first Oscar win.
