Yeah, I do agree that Bernie Sanders probably would have beaten Donald Trump in 2016.
I do also think though that if Trump had lost in 2016 (regardless of whether it was against Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton) then he would have treated it the exact same way he treated his loss in the 2020 Election and that is like a sore loser.

Yep, absolutely. Bernie was the best candidate in 2016. All the momentum was on his side; his message and movement inspired millions of mostly young (and some not so young) voters, but Hillary had the DNC and establishment media on her side, so she "won". At times I think the establishment is more afraid of Bernie and what he represents (real change) than they are of Trump and what he represents. Hence, we'll probably never see any positive change in this country.

Hillary got more votes than Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders is more popular than she is, so it isn't a big leap to conclude Bernie Sanders would have done better. He would have easily won.
