Sophie also has issues, partly that happened with substance abuse. She also confuses me with her mother and has a lot of mommy issues. I tried being nice to her, but she's as bad as Monicah with the meltdowns and the spam posts and threads. They are both attention-seeking trolls.

She's never once talked about having mommy issues with me. Not once. She talked in detail about her ex man, and Monicah..always Monicah. But she's never talked about having mommy issues.

Meatloaf is really easy to make. Did I post how I made it?
2.5 pounds of ground beef, pork and veal
Unseasoned bread crumbs - about 1 cup
2 eggs
Dijon mustard - about 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - about 7 dashes
Salt
Pepper
chopped fresh parsley (about 1/4 cup) or about 2 tbsp dried
Brown gravy - about 1/4 cup
Dash of milk
Make a mirepoix of finely-diced carrots, onions and celery (1 small carrot, half a good sized onion, 1 stalk of celery). You sauté them in butter until tender.
Mix all ingredients together, form a loaf and put on baking sheet, and bake at 375 for about an hour or so.
You can add whatever you want. I don't like putting garlic in my meatloaf because it almost tastes like meatballs.
Now I want meatloaf.

Beef only here please. My mom and aunt used quaker oats with some of your ingredients like the onions for sure and eggs. I made it once myself but have forgotten.

LOL! I make my meatballs with ground pork, veal and beef as well. It's got a nice flavor, but of course you an use only ground beef! It tastes really good leftover, too!
