He'll be more than gleeful. Gameboy's issues with Rocket were all about Rocket's refusal to accept Gameboy as his superior. Now that he's got Rocket bending his knee at the throne of Gameboy it's a whole new ballgame. Gameboy will have won. He'll be happy to let him join his board so long as Rocket understands his new role as Gameboy's number one bitch. I just hope my dear Rocket can gather himself and avoid this fate.
