If Joe Biden doesn't run again it is anyone's game. Buttigieg is the strongest out of those listed, but it is hard to see how any of them win if it's a match against Donald Trump. None of them have great charisma.

If Joe Biden does not run in 2024 then Kamala Harris most definitely will and she will more than likely win the Democratic Presidential Nomination.
I don't think she can beat Donald Trump though if he does run again in 2024 and I am certain that he will (I will be shocked if Trump does not run again in 2024). I am not going to vote for him though.
