Steve no longer paints, and has nothing to do with Bob Ross Inc.

I would assume he still paints, just not in the instructors capacity that he used to, he's a pretty good artist, I have several episodes of the show, and Steve has hosted a few of them, he doesnt have the afro though, he had one of those 80s mullets goin on.

Sorry I did mean to say that Steve no longer paints as in instructs.
He keeps in touch still with Bob's friend who appeared on the show Dana Jester.
It's through Dana I learn all this info.

Bob Ross also has another son named Bob,who is a Pastry Chef in the Orlando,Florida area. He also sells Bob Ross items on ebay from time to time.He worked for Bob Ross Inc for a while in the 90's.

Steve is currently on a remote island. He usually stares at the ocean contemplating his life wearing a grey robe, waiting for someone to walk up and hand him a 2 inch brush.

Steve Ross is painting and instructing again. For how long who knows. There is a guy on YouTube, Paintings with Justin, who has a few vids with him.
Steve sued Bob Ross inc a while back and lost. The claim was his father had promised him 51% of the company. AK denied this.
Bobs first wife used to post a bit on Google+ but thats all been wiped when it was taken down late 2019. She doesn't paint a very good picture of AK, Bob Ross inc or Bobs 3rd wife. Seems like Steve Ross, and Dana Jester to a lesser degree, were royally dicked by AK and the company.
