Coincidentally, there was another school shooting 10 years later at a different "Cleveland Elementary School."

Charles Chi-tat Ng is a convicted Hong Kongese-American serial killer who committed numerous crimes in the United States. He is believed to have raped, tortured and murdered between 11 and 25 victims with his accomplice Leonard Lake at Lake's cabin in Calaveras County, California, in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 60 miles from Sacramento. After his 1985 arrest and imprisonment in Canada on robbery and weapons charges, followed by a lengthy dispute between Canada and the US, Ng was extradited to California, tried, and convicted of 11 murders. He is currently on death row at San Quentin State Prison.

Black serial killers get caught after the first kill, usually. There isn't time for them to kill on a mass level before being apprehended.

Whites can evade authorities longer. They blend in with other large gatherings of people which are mostly white.

Minorities can mass shoot, but they'll have to plan it ahead more carefully. White men get a head start. A white man's description can be on the news, and they'll still be able to go to the grocery store and make it home in time for supper without turning heads.

Because it's easier for white people to get away with it.

Mass shootings are done in one instance. But very rarely are there black serial killers who kill in separate instances.

A black Ted Bundy would've been caught after the 1st or 2nd kill, easily. Bundy went shopping at a MALL when his description was already in the news. That alone would have never happened with a black man.

A black John Wayne Gacy would have never been able to hide dead bodies in their basement.

They already bear the burden of suspicion by being black, much less being able to masquerade as law-abiding citizens in spite of it.

The black potential mass shooters and serial killers are already in prison after the first kill.

That's why serial killers are mostly white. It's not that white people are more inclined to do so, it's that, they can kill more people before being caught.

That's the truth.
