I Need To Know : Name of Film?

I seen an ad for a movie years ago, a cheap looking horror where a few hillbilly looking types find a drum that says something like "radioactive" or "toxic" on it, one of them asks the others what it says and he puts his finger along it and says it says "don't open til christmas" does anyone know the name of this movie?

Can you remember *any* details at all about it?

I wish, then it would be easy to find but this looked nothing like the toxic avenger, the image also looked darker and gritter than that, it was shown in a montage with another movie I wanna find where a dog is sitting on his owner's chest as his owner sleeps on the bed and you hear a voice say "I'm communicating to him telepathically" which is the dog telling us that.

In the movie with the radioactive drum, I am pretty sure it was night time in the scene and it looked like they were in a wooded area.

There is actually a movie called “Don’t Open Til Christmas”. It features a homeless type encountering a toxic drum barrel. It might not be the same movie though. But it might be.
