In it's current form, it is dead. Even before they let themselves get tainted with Trumpism, they were in a losing fight against the changing demographics of this country. They will have to rebrand to survive like they have done in the past, likely adopting a less anti-immigration stance to appeal to Hispanics, and an anti-globalism stance to appeal to blue color Midwestern voters. Basically they are going to look a lot more Democratic, probably out of the Bill Clinton mold. The country is moving left and there isn't any fighting it. Trump was the last stand and he blew it.
