"DonaldJTrump.com", what an excellent unbiased source. If that is the best that the official website of the Trump campaign can do to attack Joe Biden on the coronavirus, then it shows you how little they have.
In January Biden said "it wasn't a pandemic but it was a possibility", because it wasn't a pandemic yet, but he was accurate that it was a possibility. Biden was right. On the other hand, at that time and after, Trump was saying only a few people would catch the virus and it wouldn't be a pandemic. Trump was wrong.
It is fair to criticize Biden's hesitation to cancel travel to China, and Trump deserves credit for doing it, but that is all he deserves credit for. As we have come to know more about this virus, Biden has done the responsible thing and listened to the experts and adjusted his views, whereas Trump has done the opposite. He has ignored the experts, pushed quack medical treatments, and downplayed the seriousness of the virus, leading many Americans to not take the warnings seriously, which caused the spread to worsen. Donald Trump's response to the coronavirus, and Donald Trump himself, is responsible for the deaths of thousands of Americans. That is inarguable.
To try to blame Biden for COVID is pretty pathetic. The buck doesn't stop with a Senator from Delaware, it stops with the president. If you want to point fingers for the mess COVID became in the United States, Donald Trump is the one to blame. He royally screwed this whole thing up.

This is an accurate news source and I absolutely believe it. People may not know but Joe Biden minored in photography in College and has photoshop skills to rival any Instagram model. He probably photoshopped all the graphs by medical experts projecting COVID spread going all the way back to January.

Biden held dozens of events in January and February, yet his campaign can't point to a single statement by Biden about the need to social distance, invoke the Defenses Production Act, increase production of PPE or ventilators, set up temporary hospitals, or implement travel restrictions. At the vast majority of his events, the coronavirus was not mentioned at all.
Timeline:
Jan 27: Biden did an op-ed and did not say it was a pandemic, only that it was a possibility.
Jan 28: Top Biden advisor Ron Klain said he wouldn't ban Chinese travelers from arriving in the U.S. He thought that was premature.
Jan 31: Biden suggested that Trump was not acting "rationally". "This is no time for Donald Trump's record of hysteria and xenophobia - and fear mongering to lead the way to lead instead of science."
Feb. 1: Biden tweeted about the coronavirus accusing President Trump of "hysteria, xenophobia, and fear mongering."
Feb 1: Speaking at a campaign town hall in Iowa, Biden brought up the coronavirus and said "we don't know exactly where it's going to go yet."
Feb.11: Top Biden advisor Ron Klain said, "We don't have a COVID-19 epidemic in the U.S., but we are starting to see a fear epidemic. Kudos to (Mayor Bill de Blasio and others) for standing against that." De Blasio was encouraging people to go shopping or eating out in Chinatown.
