It was clumsy as Joe Biden often is, but it wasn't anything scandalous. He was just repeating a political fact, that whereas the Black community largely votes for only the Democratic party, the Latino community isn't as united and is more politically diverse. Most vote Democratic, but some vote Republican.

He's an idiot, bro. And unless the Dems pull him off the ticket with some sort of underhanded shenanigans (not out of the question), he's going to be CRUSHED by President Trump on Nov. 3!
