but if those facts are part of a belief system which holds that "all" blacks do meth or "all" blacks are criminals then we're knocking on racism's door. the fact that george floyd did meth prob valid reason for cops to operate in a heightened condition of alertness, but then again unless they knew he was methed then equally valid claim of police overreach.

if the cops were shouting racist insults at george floyd then they were acting racist. if the cops were targeting/harassing blacks only or majoritly of the time then we have behavior which is def unprofessional and inclined toward racial policies and is unacceptable.

so if the cops who killed george floyd engaged in such acts they behaved with racial brings in major fed civil rights law plus 14th amendment mandated state equal protection requirements. on the other hand if they were just typical dirty cops/dumb cops, then their actions clearly went beyond that department's guidelines for making an arrest. cops need to be held to the highest standards of conduct since they carry the weapons and can use them with little or no repercussions.
