Twin Peaks : New Songs by Julee Cruise

Some of the best parts of the original seasons (and movie) of Twin Peaks are the beautiful songs by Julee Cruise. Will Cruise provide any new songs for this season in addition to the return of original songs "Falling" and "Questions in a World of Blue?"

She's on the official cast list for the new season. So I guess she will be performing one ore more new Badalamenti/Lynch written songs.

maybe there will be an new main score, too. "Falling" is iconic indeed, but Lynch is always up for a surprise;-)

I have no info on this, but my main bet is that we're gonna get a new main theme - just like FWWM had a new main/opening theme and then used Falling in key scenes.
If this season is going to be as different as it seems, I think that it would make sense for the score to underline that.

I highly doubt they would replace the opening theme. The movie was a separate thing but still did have that theme in it.

Yeah I also believe that. Lynch would not be Lynch if he remains on "Falling". But maybe there will be "Falling" as main theme for the first episode of the new show and after that a new main theme for the rest of the show will appear.

or maybe we'll have a new version of "Falling" as the intro theme. In some of the teasers for the new show the "Falling" theme was pretty slowed downed.
