Twin Peaks : Will it be possible to watch this outside the US?

Does anyone know if it will be possible to watch this outside the US? Are there any subscription streaming services that will have the show, outside of Showtime?

Big fan from Norway here, and I really wish I could watch this as it airs, you know, legally, to support the creators.

I have no idea about Norway but I have heard it will be available in UK and Italy.

All I now is that NRK is not showing it. As of now HBO Nordic has a deal with Showtime and are the channel providing their series in Norway. They are also currently streaming the original series, so my bet is HBO Nordic.

It will be just as available to most as it is in the USA. Gone are the days of Star Wars being released many, many months in the States before anywhere else.

That's actually not always a given Torisian. At least not if you want to watch something when it's released. There are still many shows I find unavailable here until it's released on dvd/blu-ray.

HBO Nordic might be my best bet, just too bad the quality of the streaming there varies a lot.

Regarding new TV-series the new common structure is that a show is premiering when the american show has shown half of the seasons episodes. At least this is the case for american network shows. Not completely sure about cable shows.

A few years ago the common routine was that they did show the season one year later. Season 1 was aired in Norway when season 2 started. Shows often go to DVD the christmas after it has finished airing.

Showtime will sell it to the highest bidder in your country ,give it some time and you will find out what network in your country is going air it.

You won't be able to view it as it airs in the US :(

Showtime CEO David Nevins said at TCA that the "series will have a global launch around the world".

So therefore it will be broadcast on May 21 worldwide on TV stations who licensed the new show from Showtime.

As the title says.

I am aware of the existence of torrents, but in this case I'd prefer to pay for the show if I can. Especially considering the original Twin Peaks is one of my all time favourites. We'll see how it goes ;)
