My guess is Revenge of the Sith ish around 142-145 min and about 10-12 min longer than Force Awakens.

Probably about 2 hours and 30 minutes(In other words 150 minutes)

I think two and a half hours would be nice. Most recent episodes fall somewhere around two hours and fifteen or twenty.
