We know it is not a direct adaptation. We decided to be open minded. You didn't.

So what are you on about?

What I'm "on about" is the fact that this isn't the Dark Tower series on film. A project that has been in the works for over a decade, that I have been waiting personally 16 years for. What we have here according to all evidence, articles, official releases, photos, and a leaked trailer, is something that uses the Dark Tower name, and two characters' names in a completely different project. This project is designed to rip off and disrespect fans, and attract a young superhero fan audience of braindead morons.

We get it.. we've all been only waiting 15 years for this;your time waiting has been longer so you're more a fan than any of us. We don't have a right to feel any which way about this adaptation, right?
