Ryan Eggold : Bad Actor

He was awful in 90210. I cringed during his scenes, such a sleazy guy.

He's not like that in real life, I went to high school with him. He was always entertaining in our plays.

Actually, pretty strong in The Blacklist. He doesn't come across as very dangerous, though. He needs to work on menace, but he does creepy well.

Agree very much so. Very very weak actor when it counts for the most part.
Can't stand the Googly eyes look also. Although that is subjective, I really don't tnink he has the acting chops

I'm neither. I didn't see him on 90210, but on The Blacklist he's pretty solid.
I like him on this show so much, I went to this site to find out if he'll be back next season. Seems like they're closing the chapter with Tom & Liz, and I kinda like them together.
If he sucked as an actor I wouldn't be as invested.
Plus, if he sucked as actor? He wouldn't even BE on the show! Lol

Lots of shows have terrible actors so getting a role doesn't guarantee talent. I don't mind him as an actor however. He's not outstanding, certainly not like the awesomeness of James Spader, but he's fine. He serves his purpose for the Blacklist.

He is amazing on the Blacklist.

You seem to take joy from calling him effeminate and weak, and thinking that only gays and women who like that type attractive.
It leads me to think in turn that you are very insecure about your own masculinity. Perhaps even feel attracted to him, and since you can't come to terms with your own sexuality, you put labels of effeminacy on him. And if you're a woman, someone who looks or sounds like him had broken your heart. Because why else do you go out of your way to post numerous posts with nearly identical content on a message board of an actor you find so bad?

Just because you bean flick over him, does not mean everyone has to obsess over him like you.It leads me to think that you are a very young (11/12) schoolgirl who wets her panties every time she sees this rubbish actor on tv.

Using 90210 as a barometer for ANYTHING is scaryand pathetic.
