I think you are onto something here. IMBD gets a lot of their revenue from Hollywood. Maybe enough butthurt celebs complained :(

I could see that Gabrielle Carteris is pissed off at IMDb for announcing the ages of actors and actresses. 'age discrimination' she calls it.

Wikipedia and others do that. The viewers know that the characters and actors portraying them aren't always the same age.

actually a lot of people DON't realize this or can't wrap their heads around this. We have had many discussions on boards like Carrie and The Breakfast Club about why they chose young adults instead of teenagers. People are stupid.

She did pull off looking 16 while in her 30's but not for long. The college years she looked her age.
