Definitely Amanda Bynes. They had chemistry together and unlike Hilary, Amanda didn't throwing herself at Oliver and didn't like smile flirtiously or anything like that, instead she let Oliver do the job. No surprise with Hillary, I saw her in A Cinderella Story and her kiss with Chad even more passionate (and what's with opening her mouth so big while kissing, like she's eating him)than Chad with Lindsay in Freaky Friday.

Definitely Amanda. I found that Hilary was too nice and too good. She didn't seem as fun as Amanda in What a Girl Wants. They had good chemistry as well on set. =)

Amanda Bynes, for sure!! i have never really been a big fan of hilary duff, i think her acting skills are alittle weak (no offence 2 any1 who likes her)

I liked him with Amanda best. Then again, I just watched "What A Girl Wants", and I've only seen "Raise Your Voice" once, so maybe I'm biased. I'll go with both.

They're both good actresses, but opposite Oliver, Amanda acted better and they had a better chemistry with each other

Amanda Bynes !!! they were so cute together. in wagw coz in ryv hilary was lyk that girl who is lyk sooo sensitive in ryv and the guy has to comfort her a lotta tyms. in every way juhs so they cud be happie and even if oliver (his role there)had to keep running after her.
In wagw it was a different storie .. it wasnt focused on her love life that much .. it focused on how amanda kept seeing that guy over and over agen (which was funnie) coz Oliver was a character wid different roles/jobs ..

I think Amanda is cool and all but her voice kinda ruins it. It's kind of annoying. So I think hilary since I didn't really believe Amanda in the story since her voice was annoying. i thought Raise Your Voice was a lot more realistic than WAGW.

TOTALLY HILARY DUFF. WHEN YOU SEE THE MOVIE. THEY ARE JUST SO CUTE TOGETHER. I LOVE IT WHEN HE COMES UP TO HER IN THE HALL AND THEY HOLD HANDS AND HE KISSES HER ON THE CHEEK. I LIKE BOTH HILARY AND AMANDA. I JUST THINK THEY ARE CUTER TOGETHER.

i think amanda, because ya hilary was this completely oh look at me im blonde and perky were gonna get together in one second thing, amanda gave him something to work for, and whoever said amanda looks 13, shes taller than hilary duff, so it doesnt look like olivers kissing a little kid where as he leans downnnnnnnnn to get to hilary (no offense hilary-lovers,but its true) and ya they made a cuter story, amanda wasnt some emotional overly flirtacious girl, she acted like most girls would, not completely fake, i mean i love hilary duff too but amanda just strikes me as a more matured actor who doesnt go overboard with everything, and her and oliver look better, in my opinion.

I think Oliver had better chemistry Amanda than with Hilary. Terri and Jay did cuddle, kiss and generally acted more like a couple than Daphne and Ian but even so, there was something there with Daphne and Ian. A connection, I guess. And yes, it did feel like Jay spent half his time chasing after a crying Terri whereas Daphne was a tougher character that stood on her own. And yeah, Terri's brother just died and she's going through a hard time but I just can't get behind Hilary's acting. I think a better actress could have pulled off the emotions of the character better and she would have been more sympathetic instead of pitiful.

i think he looked way better with hilary!him and amanda seemed to have absolutely no chemistry at all but he did with hilary and they actually look like a real couple!

amanda and oliver both had that innocent thing going on where hilary was just annoying. plus, theyre both just tailored for each other.

Amanda Bynes because I think she's a better actress then Hiliary Duff. I think Hiliary Duff is great singer and performer but I don't think she's that great of an actress. It just seemed more real with Ian and Daphne.

I personally liked both of them and I don't really care.
But my friends like Hilary Duff better, only cuz they're huge Hil Duff fans and have hardly ever heard of Amanda Bynes.
