Both movies were totally awesome but if I had to choose it would be what a girl wants only because Oliver looked more in his element.

weither or not Hilary sucks it is Oliver's acting job! i think he did a great job in both movies but i think he was the hottest in RYV.Remember he is a new actor!

Hilary is kinda short.so oliver looked much better with amanda (atleast thats what I think)I didn't like his hair as much in RYVi think it was in orange spikes??? or i might just be color blind/have a bad memory.and in RYV he didnt sing as much (if he sung at all????) as he did in WAGW but he was really good in both of them
in the end WAGW wins.

i like WAGW better. and he i5b4s way hotter in WAGW than IN RYV. i don't really like his hair that much in that movie.

sorry, i tend to exxagerate a lot. i hope no one hates me for saying this, but i personally think oliver james is ugly. he looked better in what a girl wants though, even though he was still ugly. that mow-hawk (spelling) was really ugly in RYV.

i like what a girl wants better cause it was that movie that we all notice the hot oliver james plus in the soundtrack u can hear his songs. i love long time coming cause his voice is great in that song.

I would choose WHAT A GIRL WANTS because he is so sweet in that movie!!Also, I think he has better connection to Amanda than hilary. Oliver and Amanda looks really good together, they would make a really cute couple! Also, I love all the songs he sings in WAGW, he has a really good voice. In the end WAGW wins! He says such sweet things to Amanda!! + they have a better make-out scene!! after when they fall in the water! How sweet and classic!!!!

I prefer What a Girl Wants better than Raise Your Voice which I just saw. I don't like Hilary Duff much and I didn't like Oliver's character, though he still did a good job acting and performing.
Amanda Bynes is one of my favorite actresses and I think her and Oliver were great together. Plus, What a Girl Wants was cute and funny.

I have to go with Raise Your Voice; although I love both movies I think he did better in it. I suppose the whole drunken scene gave him a chance to act a bit differently than usual, but all-in-all there was more emotion shown. Plus he sang, played piano, & guitar. Either way, he's a marvelous actor; I really hope he doesn't keep getting type-casted, he could go somewhere if he gets the chance.

oh jeez people, raise your voice was a terrible movie, the script was horrible, even the best actors on the planet couldnt have made it better. And hilary's singing in the movie, c'mon, at least they could have written the songs so that she could actually sing them. You know she didnt sing parts of those songs. I blame the writer. What a girl wants was just a much better movie. Much more there. No offence to hilary fans but this was definately not her best work.

DEFINITELY WHAT A GIRL WANTS!! THAT MOVI IS AWESOME, OLIVER AND AMANDA ARE PERFECT TOGETHER AND THEY HAVE GREAT CHEMISTRY.I mean, c'mon in that movie Amanda didn't like throwing herself to impress Oliver, she's just being who she is and let Oliver do the rest.Different with Hillary, I watched her in A Cinderella Story, she was throwing herself to Chad and doesn't seem like she's acting(and what's with the kiss, does she always try to eat Chad?). Lindsay's kiss with Chad in Freaky Friday not even that passionate. And I already watched 2 Hillary Duff's movie and still any of her movies and her acting couldn't even impress me, I even enjoyed Lindsay Lohan's acting better than Hillary and I enjoyed Amanda even more.

i'd hav 2 choose RAISE YOUR VOICE. he looked way hotter in raise your voice. I like hilary more then amanda bynes. but amanda bynes is ok. neway raise your voice was a better movie 2, it was romantic and real funny. Well that's just my opinion.

i must agree that he looked WAY hotter in Raise Your Voice than in What a girl wants. He looked a lot younger in WAGW and his hair was WAY better in RYV.

To me i thought he did great in both movies, he played his characters very well and better than anyone else could. I liked both movies so thats kinda a tough question. He seemed so much sweeter and hotter in what a girl wants (and looked great with amanda too!) than in the other one b/c of the difference in the characters. On the other hand he seemed more mature in raise your voice (except for the drunken scene) but also pretty harsh and ignorant.
All in all, he acted better in what a girl wants!
Hilary and amanda are both awesome though!!!!
